INVITATION FOR BIDS

Site Visit: Please note that a site visit will be conducted on May 29, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. to allow bidders to view the area for the supply and implementation of the solution proposed.

Bidders wishing to participate must contact the undersigned by May 28, 2020 to ensure proper scheduling and security clearances.

Eligibility: The following are required at tender submission for both procurements above:

1. A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) OR Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) Tax Compliance Certificate;

2. Public Procurement Commission Registration Certificate (see eGP details for each procurement for the specific listing).

3. Proof of certification/authorization from the manufacturer(s) to implement and support the system(s) being proposed.

Procurement Method: Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the IDB-s Policies for the procurement of Goods and Works (GN-2349-9) and the GOJ-s Public Procurement Act 2015 and the accompanying Regulations.
