Experts Should be Able to Qualify As an Expert in a Court of Law, and Provide Opinion Evidence. in Addition to Expertise in the Technical Aspects of the Field, the Proponent Should have Knowledge on the Policies and Operating Procedures Common to Their Field of Expertise.
