Tenders are invited for Well Drilling - Parnassus Site, Clarendon.

Southern Plains Agricultural Development (Spad) Project

Qualification requirements Include, Inter alia:
a. Evidence of constitution or incorporation of Company;
b. Experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five (5) years, work underway or contractually committed, and clients who may be contacted for further information on those contracts;
c. Valid Tax Compliance Letter/Certificate (for Jamaican firms);
d. Site Visit is mandatory and will be arranged by the Lead Engineer on the SPAD Project Execution Unit;
e. NCC Grade & Category: Grade 1 Drilling.
Bidding Documents will be available at the first address below, from Tuesday, August 27 to Tuesday, September 10, 2019 on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The documents will be promptly issued.
A ???-bid meeting at the National Irrigation Commission Limited`s (NIC), Mid-Clarendon Office in Osbome Store and site visit at the Parnassus Well site will be conducted on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 10.00 a.m. Hard copies of Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the bidder on the outside of each envelope, and be clearly marked "Well Drilling at Parnassus, Clarendon Site." Bids must be delivered to the first address below no later than Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 12:00 Noon. Bids will be opened publicly at 12:15 p.m. on September 25, 2019 in the Project Conference Room at the same address, in the presence of Bidders` representatives

Each Bid MUST be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Jamaican Dollars ($S250, 000).
