the department of national defence has a requirement at fleet maintenance facility cape scott (fmfcs) for the supply and delivery of the following items, one (1) 800 amp tig/stick complete welding machine, two (2) 400 amp tig/stick complete welding machines, two (2) 350 amp constant current and constant voltage welding power sources, three (3) portable, semiautomatic wire feeder welding machines.
