Description : We are looking to appoint a creative agency to develop and deliver a campaign to promote a safe environment for local trade and tourism particularly in High Streets as the economy starts to reopen. The activity will be delivered as part of the Welcome Back Fund (WBF) Project on behalf of Sheffield City Council. The project builds on the existing Reopening High Streets Safely Fund (RHSSF) and is funded by the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. Background and Overview of the ProjectThe project provides additional support measures to the local business community to enable safe trading in public places for businesses and customers. There is a particular focus on our high streets or 'District Centres' as well as other public places that are at the heart of towns and cities gearing up to reopen as safe, welcoming spaces.
