Additional Description:-This work includes Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) lining work on the interior wall of the unlined pipes composing the interior roof drain pipe system at the Weiss Center Building located at 479 Main Street, Manchester, CT. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Director of General Services, 494 Main Street, Manchester, Connecticut 06045 for the project, Weiss Center Cured In Place Pipe Lining, Bid No. 19/20-30, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 1, 2019 at which time and place said bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids may be hand delivered to the above address or directed by U.S. Mail to said office at Town of Manchester, Lincoln Center, 494 Main Street, P.O. Box 191, Manchester, CT 06045-0191. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Thursday September 19, 2019 at Weiss Center, 479 Main Street, Manchester. Bidders will meet at the parking lot behind the building. The Contract Drawings and Specifications (i.e., documents) may be downloaded from the Town website at http://generalservices1.townofmanchester.org/index.cfm/bids. They may also be obtained at the office of the Director of General Services, Lincoln Center, 494 Main Street, Manchester, CT 06045. If bidder downloads the contract documents or obtains the documents from a source other than the General Services Department, it shall be the bidder s responsibility to check the website and obtain all addenda prior to submitting a bid.
