Expression of Interest are invited for Website Development and Upgrade Comprising the Following: Data Collection; Design of the Institute’s Website to Conform to TETFUND Approved Structure; Adoption of Wordpress Content Management System (CMS); Content Migration; Acceptance Testing; Web Hosting and Deployment and Training of ICT Staff on Platform and Content Management and Administration of the New Structured Institute’s Website

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(i) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC 2 and CAC7, or Business Name where applicable
(ii) Evidence of last three (3) years valid Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificates of all the Partners) expiring on 31st December, 2019, with minimum average annual turnover of ?20 million;
(iii) Evidence of Current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019;
(iv) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019;
(v) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019;
(vi) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of current Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/1/2020 or valid Certificate issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP);
(vii) The Computer Training is to be facilitated by a Qualified and Certified International Computer Driving License (ICDL) Expert/Trainer-copy of credential to be submitted to TETFUND for vetting.
(viii) Evidence of Firm’s registration with National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria;
(ix) Lot 2 Evidence of Accreditation issued by the Centre for Management Development (CMD);
(x) Sworn Affidavit:
• disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Institute of Management and Technology. Enugu or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
• that no Director of the company has been convicted in a court of law of any country for criminal offences
(xi) Company’s Audited Account for the last three (3) years (2016, 2017, and 2018);
(xii) Evidence of financial capacity to execute the project by submission of Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for execution of the project when needed;
(xiii) Company’s profile with the curriculum vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their Academic/Professional qualification and practice license;
(xiv) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar projects done in the last five (5) years: Letters of Award, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and photographs of the projects
(xv) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/ Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm.

4.SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS
Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound of Expression of Interest (EoI) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to The Registrar, Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), PMB 01079, Independence Layout, Enugu, Enugu State and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 7 October, 2019.

5. OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENTS
The EOI will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 7 October, 2019, in the Council Chamber of the Administrative Block of the Institute in the presence of bidders/representatives of the companies who may choose to attend.

6. GENERAL INFORMATION
(i) The advertisement for Expression of Interest shall neither be construed to be a commitment on the part of the Institute, nor shall it entitle any company to make any claim whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from the Institute by virtue of any response to the said advertisement;
(ii) EOIs submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened;
(iii) All costs will be borne by the bidders;
(iv) Only shortlisted bidders will be contacted at a later date for collection of Request for Proposals.
