Description : The United Nations Procurement Division (UNPD) is seeking a suitable, qualified company to provide water treatment supply and maintenance services at UN Headquarters in New York City and in nearby UN owned properties namely - Secretary General's (SG) Residence and UNITAR building. The contract appointment will be for an initial term of three (3) years extending to an optional maximum of two (2) one (1) year periods (3+1+1 = 5 years max). Services will encompass both water treatment supply and maintenance audit of Plant Engineering Section (PES) HVAC operations. Mandatory Requirements: At a minimum candidate companies will be required to meet the following minimum requirements: 1. Experience in the water treatment business for at least five (5) years.
