Tender Details

Prequalifications are invited for Water Engineering Equipment

High-capacity industrial water pumps (horizontal pumps, vertical turbine pumps, submersible pumps), electromechanical components, filter media (e.g. Sand for filters), valves, prefabricated storage tanks, and water meters (bulk production, domestic, commercial, public, postpaid and pre-paid) for state water boards.

Suppliers are requested to submit a Company Profile which should include:
(a) Corporate Affairs Commission Certificate of Incorporation.
(b) Provide Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years i.e 2016, 2017, 2018.
( c) Bank Reference from Credible Commercial Banks.
( d) Provide Tax Identification Number (TIN).
(e) Should have a verifiable Physical Office location

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Suppliers will be evaluated based on their previous experience/performances including evidence of completed previous jobs i.e. contracts. Goods Received Notes (CRNs) and/or Certificate of Completion and a table showing list of contracts executed in the last three (3) years with contact details of the Organization, contact person’s phone number, email address and nature/Type of contract or job done, and value (amount).

METHOD OF SUBMISSION:
Applicants must submit adequate information i.e. company name, physical location, mail-box address, telephone number, contact person, business license & Tax Identification Number among other things, interested suppliers should please request for RTI Supplier Pre-qualification Form by sending a mail to procurement@ewash.rti.org with an email subject: Request for Prequalification form.

Shortlisted suppliers in the respective categories will be requested to submit quotations as at when specific needs arise following the launching of an RFQ. Thereafter, contracts will be issued on competitive basis.
