Description: Sanitary and harbor master house:

A two-story steel-framed building with a panel facade and flat roof is to be erected on an existing concrete pontoon system with rigid foundation beams in the Neuer Strom at the Warnemünder marina pier.

The wooden slat facade is attached to a substructure. Sanitary facilities are to be set up in the basement for the users of the Warnemünde sport boat harbor. Offices for the port service are to be created on the upper floor. The outside area of the building is to be planked on a substructure using FSC-certified hardwood.
