1. This International Tender Notice (AAOI) follows the General Procurement Notice published in UNDB online No. AfDB 101-02 / 14 of 03 February 2014 and on the website of the African Development Bank (www.afdb.org)

2. The Government of Senegal has received a loan from the African Development Bank in various currencies for the Senegal Virtual University Support Project (PAUVS). It is expected that a portion of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to the eligible regulations that are part of the contract for the acquisition of computer hardware for the Headquarters of the Virtual University of Senegal (UVS).
