Tender Details
The purpose of this notification is to inform the market that the Department of Corrections (the Department) will be holding a Marketplace Briefing session for Waikeria Prison Landscape and Mitigation Planting 2020.
The Department intends to run a formal procurement process (RFx) for the supply of Riparian and Wetlands Landscape Planting required for the Waikeria Prison expansion project. Prior to this process a Marketplace Briefing Session will be held to gain insight into current market capability and capacity. This is an opportunity for suppliers to visit the site, discuss specifications, view propagated seed stock and discuss any questions or queries.
If you have an interest in this opportunity:
1. The Marketplace Supplier Briefing will be held at Waikeria Prison, Waikeria Road on Monday 10 February 2020. The session will be from 10:00pm to 12:00pm (note all dates and times are NZ time).
2. Please respond by Monday 27 January 2020 with your representative contact details (Maximum two people from each organisation with respective representatives' names and titles).
Note: No additional information from potential respondents is requested nor required from this advance notice. Suppliers who are interested in being part of this proposed RFx should ensure they attend the Marketplace Supplier Briefing Session on Monday 10 February and register to receive GETS notifications for the applicable RFx Categories.
