Requirement:
the department of national defence has a requirement for the supply of quantity three (3) clinical ultrasound machines and peripheral equipment (listed below) and detailed in the request for proposal (rfp) document attached.
This rfp includes an option to acquire three additional clinical ultrasound machines within thirtysix (36) months of contract award.
Delivery:
the clinical ultrasound kits (as defined in the request for proposal) are to be delivered duty paid (ddp), incoterms 2010 to the following locations:
quantity one (1) clinical ultrasound kitcsor46 centurion rd.petawawa, onk8h 2x3
quantity one (1) clinical ultrasound kitdhtc8355 franktown rd.richmond, onk0a 2z0
quantity one (1) clinical ultrasound kitcjiru84 portage ave.astra, onk0k 3w0
delivery date:delivery for the three (3) clinical ultrasound kits are required no later than march 31st, 2019.
Basis of selection:the lowest-priced bid meeting all mandatory criteria as specified in the request for proposal will be recommended for contract award.
Bid close date:
bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the bid close time of november 27, 2018 @ 2:00 pm edt to be completed at time of posting. Bids must be submitted to bid receiving unit - pwgsc, 11 laurier st., place du portage, phase iii, core 0b2, gatineau, qc.
