Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is*:

1) Delivery and implementation in the Ordering Party's IT environment of the Software of a web scanner enabling scanning vulnerabilities for web applications, hereinafter also referred to as "System Development", including:

a) preparation of a technical design by the Contractor, hereinafter referred to ashereinafter referred to as the "Technical Design", along with the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the Technical Design and derivative rights;

b) delivery of the web scanner Software to the Ordering Party's registered office and granting a 24-month license to use the web scanner Software;

c)no 24-month Manufacturer's Technical Support for the Web Scanner Software;

d) performance of installation and implementation services consisting in installing, configuring and starting the supplied Web Scanner Software in the IT environment of the Ordering Party, in accordance with Prthe Technical Design approved by the Ordering Party;

e) preparation of as-built documentation for the performed installation and implementation services, hereinafter referred to as the "As-built Documentation" and the transfer of proprietary copyrights to the As-built Documentation and derivative rights,

- in accordance with the rulesand and under the conditions set out in § 4 of the Draft Agreement.

2) Renewal of the Subscription, maintaining continuity for previous periods of the Subscription.

3) Conducting training for the Employer's employees.
