Objectives:The overall objective of the consultancy is to facilitate the formulation of the first country SDG report/Voluntary National Review in line with UNDG guidelines on VNR and Country SDG reporting. The process should be inclusive and consultative using mechanisms for multi-stakeholder consultations and inclusive of left-behind groups to raise their voice.
