Quotation are invited for VPN Network Penetration Test of Migration Information Data Analysis System (MIDAS)
The appointed company will be provided with a Standard User Identity. The testing must attempt to identify vulnerabilities from both external (to MIDAS) and internal perspectives.
All penetration tests must be designed to minimize the risk that personal data is accessed by the testers. Tenders must explain the methodology to achieve this requirement. Vulnerabilities should be identified but not leveraged i.e. not executed to destruction.
Where file or database table names do not suggest personal data, any that are found to contain sensitive personal data once opened, must be closed immediately.
Bidders must
- Show valid network security certificates, backed by a practical previous experience not later than 18 months,
- Be an independent technical company, able to provide the requested service without sub-letting any portion of the project.
- Be an approved company with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, with a valid status to provide such service.
- Share a detailed workplan and methodology of processes and steps to achieve this task.
- Commit to providing a detailed report immediately the task ends.
The work will be conducted under the standards, terms and conditions of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).
Only Suppliers that are determined to be qualified shall be considered for award. The Supplier shall fill up and submit the standard IOM Vendor Information Sheet (VIS) (Annex A) to establish their eligibility together with the Quotation.
