Tenders are invited for Vouchers for E-Fairs.

SUBJECT: CALL FOR TENDER FOR VOUCHERS FOR E-FAIRS

Dear Sir or Madam,

Solidarités International is looking to modernize its fairs, either through the use of e-vouchers or through the use of paper vouchers with barcodes or other technology and is planning to develop a contract for E-fairs of food and non-food item. SI is happy to invite any relevant supplier for a tender.

All constitutive documents of this call for tender may be found below.

Any request for clarification must be received by Solidarités International (SI) in writing at least seven days before the deadline for submission of tenders. SI will reply to bidders' questions at least two days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

Costs incurred by the bidder in preparing and submitting the proposals will not be reimbursed.

We look forward to receive your tender at the address specified in the Instructions to Bidders before 26 th of October 2018, as stated in the procurement notice.

If you decide not to submit a tender, we would be grateful if you could inform us in writing, stating the reasons for your decision.

1. SCOPE OF BID
