LSA is funded by USAID/Liberia and implemented by Social Impact, Inc. Its purpose is to provide the USAID/Liberia Mission with analytical and advisory services in support of strategic planning, project and activity design, performance monitoring and evaluation, and learning and adapting to contextual changes and implementation challenges in Liberia. LSA is located at UN Drive, Adjacent Gate 3, US Embassy, Monrovia, Liberia.

Through this RFQ, LSA seeks to solicit bids from reputable rental companies for procurement of vehicle rental services for a year to travel in the fifteen (15) counties of Liberia. The terms of this RFQ are detailed in the sections below and the Statement of Work described in Annex A

Scope of Work
• Provide vehicle rental service with qualified drivers to support the LSA staff movement as
per the locations.
• Ensure that staff and consultants boarding the vehicles sign in and out of the vehicle log
sheet.
• Drivers should be capable of clearly filling up the log sheets and verifying that the vehicle
log sheets are properly filled in with mileages well recorded.
• Ensure staff safety during the performance of services
• Submit completed log sheets and an invoice to the Administrative Department monthly
for settlement by the LSA.
• Report any incident, major or minor, which occurs at any given time, immediately to LSA
Operations and Finance Admin. Manager.
