Various Services and Calibration of Power System (Lots 1 - 2)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2020 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP2, 128, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Various Services and Calibration of Power System (Lots 1 - 2) (-œProject-). Details of the project are as follows:



Lot

1 Description: Servicing and Calibration of Meters, Protective Relay and Circuit Breaker of PNOC EC Substation

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php1, 400, 000.00

Project Duration: 15 days

Project Location: Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay



2 Servicing of One (1) unit 5MVA Transformer

ABC: Php728, 000.00

Project Duration: 2 days

Project Location: Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay





PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Detailed Scope of Work for details.



Proposals including the following may be delivered to the address below or send via fax at (02) 8840-1619 or email to ellite@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before March 19, 2020 not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.



1) Company Profile

2) Conformed Detailed Scope of Work

3) Valid and current Certification or Calibration Test of equipment/instrument to be used during project

implementation.

4) Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (see attached form)



Bidders are also required to submit photocopy of the PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum Membership) including -œAnnex A- attachment or the following documents in lieu of PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum Membership) within seven (7) calendar days after bid submission date.

-c Latest Income and Business Tax Returns
