Water Mains & Water Supply for More Information Contact: Evans, Kevin Purchaser Capital Regional District Water Services 479 Island Highway Victoria, British Columbia V9b 1H7 Phone: 1 (250) 474-9674 Fax: 1 (250) 474-9659 Email: Kevans@Crd.Bc.Ca Sealed Tenders, Plainly Marked on the Envelope Tender for 2018-413 - Magic Lake Water (Pender Island) Signal Hill, Schooner, & Capstan Pressure Control Station Replacements will be Received by the Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District at Their Offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00 Pm Local Time on September 7, 2018, at which Time They will be Opened in Public. the Works to be Constructed Under This Contract Include, But Are Not Limited To, the Decommissioning of Three (3) Existing In-Ground Pressure Control Chambers and Their Subsequent Replacement with the Installation of Three (3) Above Ground Enclosed Pressure Control Stations. Included is All Related Works and Materials During Excavation and Backfilling with Decommissioning of the Existing Chambers, As Well As, the Removal and Disposal of Existing Structural and Piping Components and the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of All Piping Components to Bring the Pipe Work to the Surface for Connections in the New Enclosures. Supply, Delivery and Installation of Three (3) Similarly Dimensioned Above Ground Enclosures Complete with All Internal Piping Components; Excavation, Removal and Disposal of Existing External Gate Valves and Pipe Fittings where Required at Each Chamber; the Supply, Delivery and Installation of New Gate Valves with Appropriate Pipe Fittings External to the New Enclosures; and the Supply and Construction of All Required for a Concrete Pad Including Site Works at Each of the Three (3) Pressure Control Stations Located on Pender Island, Bc.
