Various Hauling and Heavy Equipment Rental Services (Lots 1 - 3)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2019 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Two Hundred Four Thousand Pesos (PhP1, 204, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Various Hauling and Heavy Equipment Rental Services (Lots 1 - 3) (-œProject-). Details of the project are as follows:

Lot 1 : Hauling Services for Transfer of Barite and Drilling Equipment from Energy Supply Base (ESB) to SC37 Project Site

ABC: Php920, 000.00

Project Duration: 5 days

Project Location: Santiago City, Isabela

Lot 2 : Rental of 25T Crane and 3T Forklift for Unloading Operations at SC37 Project Site

ABC: Php180, 000.00

Project Duration: 4 days

Project Location: Santiago City, Isabela

Lot 3 : Rental of 25T Crane for Loading Operations at PNOC EC Energy Supply Base (ESB)

ABC: Php104, 000.00

Project Duration: 2 days

Project Location: Brgy. Mainaga, Mabini, Batangas

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work and Additional Terms and Conditions for details.

Proposals including the following may be delivered to the address below or send via fax at (02) 840-1619 or email to ellite@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before August 23, 2019 not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.

1) Company Profile including years of experience in the industry

2) List and no. of contractor-s manpower, including certification and years of experience in the hauling industry, to be assigned during the project and their work distribution

3) Submit the following latest copies of:

i. Valid driver-s licenses of Contractor-s personnel

ii. Current and subsequent registration certificates for all units to be used by the Contractor

iii. Insurance certificates for all units to be used by the Contractor

iv. Crane Operator Certification (TESDA or equivalent)

v. Crane test certificates or equivalent

4) Conformity to the Scope of Work and Additional Terms and Conditions;

5) Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (see attached form)

Bidders are also required to submit photocopy of the PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum Membership) or the following documents in lieu of PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum Membership) within seven (7) calendar days after bid submission date.

-c Current and Valid Mayor-s Permit

-c Latest Income and Business Tax Returns

-c Current and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
