Description: the Rfp is an Invitation to Submit Offers for the Provision Pathological Waste Disposal Services which is Managed Through Human Resources Through the Occupational Health and Safety Department (Hr-Ohs). Hr-Ohs Manages the Day to Day Operations of Waste Pickup, Packing and Reporting Activities, As Further Described Herein. Pathological Waste Disposal Services Shall Include, But is Not Limited To, the Pickup and Disposal of Pathological Waste, Spill and /Or Emergency Response Services, Consulting and Training Services. Scope of Work Services Required Should Include: Pathological Waste Removal, Treatment, Transport and Disposal to be Performed for the University of Western Ontarios Occupational Health and Safety Department, Located in London, Ontario. the Removal, Treatment, Transport and Disposal of Pathological Waste Are Estimated to be 55, 000 Kg (Maximum) Annually. This Approximate Yearly Volume is Being Furnished to Provide Proponents with the General Size of This Contract and is Not a Guarantee that This Volume will be Processed. the Successful Proponent Shall be Required To: Provide an Audit and Assessment of Pathological Waste Generated at Western, Including Current Processes and Procedures Related to Handling of the Waste Provide Pathological Waste Pick Up, Consolidation and Transportation for Disposal.
