This rfp is issued by the university of victoria (uvic) to obtain proposals from qualified audit firms wishing to provide financial audit services to conduct an annual audit of uvic`s financial statements and additional assurance engagements. Please refer to part 1, appendix 1-2 requirements for more details.
the contract with uvic will be for a period of five (5) years with an option to extend for an additional term of two (2) years, initially commencing with the 2019/20 fiscal year. Uvic`s fiscal year is april 1 to march 31. Annually, the contract will be subject to the board of governors` approval at the terms established as a result of this request for proposals process.
