Gentlemen:
The Intramuros Administration (IA) invites interested parties to bid for the following:
1 Lot Upgrading of Museo de Intramuros ACCU Electrical Connections

Request for Quotation may be obtained from Procurement Section, Finance and Administrative Division of the Intramuros Administration, 5th Flr. Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila, starting March 16, 2019. Look for Ms. Lailani S. Hernandez, Head, Procurement Section.
A pre-bid conference shall be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, 10:00 a.m. at the IA Planning Division - Records Room, 5th Flr., Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila which shall be open to prospective bidders. Site inspection shall be conducted after the pre-bid conference.
Bidders shall submit the following documents :
1. Accomplished Request for Quotation duly signed
2. Accomplished Bill of Quantity duly signed
3. Signed Technical Specifications
4. Valid PhilGEPS Certificate of Membership
5. Valid eligibility documents : Mayor-s Permit, SEC/DTI Registration, Tax Clearance, CY 2018 Audited Financial Statement and PCAB License, if applicable
6. Omnibus Sworn Statement (notarized)
7. Latest Income/Business Tax Return (2018 Annual Income Tax Return and January-February 2019)
8. Duly signed Site Inspection Certificate
Winning bidder shall be required to post Performance and Warranty Securities in accordance with Sections 39 and 62 of the IRR of the Revised RA 9184.
