Description : The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) is seeking expression of interest from qualified contractors for the provision of services and materials for the upgrade of an existing fuel station located at its Premises in Brindisi, Italy. The requirement includes the provision of services and material for the upgrade of the existing fuel station, however, not limited to the following: - Supply of Materials necessary to undertake the services; - Provision and installation of a software system; - Replacement of the electrical system; - Replacement of fuel pump and dispenser; - Replacement of fuel terminal for fleet card acceptances. The existing fuel station is composed of the following main components: - 1x 25, 000 liter-tan; - 1x fuel pump and dispenser; - 1x fuel terminal system for fleet card acceptances. The requirement is also inclusive of a two-year maintenance and repair services, including hardware and software upgrades. In addition to the two-year maintenance and repair services, the contractor will be required to provide and operation and 10-year maintenance plan to support the management and operating life of the system. The contractor shall agree to ensure all parts and components necessary to maintain the system`s useful life while under the maintenance contract. The entire works will be done on a turnkey basis.
