Tenders are invited for Upgrade of Central Air Conditioning Unit - St. Ann Branch Office

Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites suppliers registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to supply and install a new DX Split Unit Air Conditioning System or a suitable equivalent at its St. Ann Branch Office, located at 28 Graham Street, Ocho Rios.

DESCRIPTION OF WORKS:
The supplier will be required to:
? Decommission, disconnect and remove the current system.
? Supply and install the new air conditioning system.
? Test and commission the new air conditioning system.
? Undertake quarterly maintenance servicing of the air conditioning system for a period of two (2) years.

Note: A warranty of a minimum of thirty-six (36) months on unit is required.

ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Tenderers must provide:
? Evidence of tax compliance.
? Copy of a valid National Contracts Commission (NCC) / Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate with a minimum
Grade 3 rating in the category of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration.
