The specific objectives are: (i) to improve knowledge and information to guide policy decisions aimed at ensuring the quality and relevance of HE; (ii) strengthen the institutionality of the public Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to provide relevant and quality educational services; and (iii) ensure adequate infrastructure and equipment for priority public HEIs.
