Tender are invited for Dear Applicants, Reference: Pre-Qualification Document Lot 1: Millennium Highway to Cul De Sac Roundabout; Lot 2: Cul De Sac to Anse La Raye and Anse La Raye Bridge; Lot 3: Anse La Raye to Soufriere - Millennium Highway and West Coast Road Upgrade Project. Clarification # 001 to Pre-Qualification Document: No. Questions Clarification With respect to 4.2 (a) Page 1-24; (Requirements for Pre-qualification Lots 1, 2 & 3) "At least three (3) contracts within the last seven (7) years of equivalent USD16, 174, 741.00", will consideration be given for if your firm has executed multiple (greater than 50 contracts) of smaller contract value but of similar scope of works for the same Client which totals to equivalent or greater than USD16, 174, 741.00in value over the last seven (7) years, Please clarify. Refer to Section III. Qualification Criteria and Requirements 4.2(a) Specific Construction Experience Eligibility and Qualification Criteria for Lots (1, 2 & ) are that potential bidders have participated as a contractor, management contractor or subcontractor, in at least three [3] contracts within the last seven [7] years, each with a value of at least, [USD$ 16, 174, 741.00]. Will Audit Accounts from a firm Parent Company be accepted within Form FIN 3.1 Refer to Section IV. Application Forms. 2. Financial Documents The Applicant and its parties shall provide copies of the balance sheets and/or financial statements for five (5) years pursuant Section III, Qualifications Criteria and Requirements, Sub-factor 3.1. The financial statements shall: (a) reflect the financial situation of the Applicant or partner to a JV, and not sister or parent companies.
