All systems provided will be required to meet the minimum performance requirements specified in Section 3.4 of the Requirement in Annex A of this Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA). Supply Arrangements will be issued to all suppliers whose bids (arrangements) have been deemed compliant to this RFSA. When DND requires these goods or services, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be sent to all Supply Arrangement Holders, and will include a technical and financial evaluation. The period for awarding contracts under the Supply Arrangement is from date of issue to 31 March 2023.This RFSA requires suppliers to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their arrangement electronically.
