Description: This measure describes the first construction phase of the redesign of the Hansering in Greifswald from the Steinbecker bridge at the Hansering / Stralsunder Straße / Steinbeckerstraße junction to the Fangenturm or the crossing aid of the Hansering at the height of the Fangenturm.

The goals of the redesign of the Hansering are to improve the quality of the environment and the stay and to increase the tourist attractiveness at the urban waterfront of the Ryck. This is also intended to achieve an optimal valuation of public investments already made. The redesign of the Hansering is therefore an important building block in this city-wide development plan.
