Description : Town of Stellarton requests proposals for a Universal Water Metering Program and the supply and installation of water meters with an Automated Meter Reading (AMR) and/or Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems. The project consists of installation/retrofit of approximately 119 existing and unmetered commercial accounts, and 1492 new residential accounts. This is hereinafter referred to as the Universal Water Meter Installation Project. Submissions are to include a list of experience on similar projects and descriptions as to how the proponent would handle administration, meter supply and installation, and overall project management. It is the intent of any information given in this document to identify in general terms, the type of services required by the Town of Stellarton.
