INVITATION TO BID





City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply and submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of the following:





Supply and delivery of 2, 249 pieces UNIFORM (T-SHIRT with Collar) for distribution to Elementary, Secondary and Special School Teachers for the attendance and participation to the World Teachers Day Celebration 2018 Activity to be held on October 4, 2018 at the Cuneta Astrodome, Pasay City chargeable against the GENERAL FUND



Interested bidder/supplier must be able to log-in in the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) wherein the name of the company will be reflected in the Document Request List(DRL) of the Bid Notice Abstract of the procuring entity before securing Order of Payment for the bid forms/documents/instructions to bidders at the BAC Secretariat;



Bid Forms with terms and conditions, and other information may be obtained starting September 20, 2018 at the BAC Secretariat upon payment of non-refundable fee of Php 10, 000.00(basic rate) plus one tenth of one percent (1/10 of 1%) of the ABC per project or as per City Ordinance No. 4547. Series of 2011;



Bid Submission and Opening shall be on September 27, 2018 (Thursday) at 10:00 AM at the Conference Room, Office of the City Administrator, Room 204 2/F, Pasay City Hall Building;



Bidders bond, in form of cash, cashier or manager-s check and/or Surety Bond payable to the City Government of Pasay, in the amount equivalent to 2% and 5% respectively of the total Approved Budget for the Contract to be bid or Bid Securing Declaration is required at the time of opening of sealed bids. Bid bond for the non-winning bidder will be returned immediately following the announcement of the winning bidder;



Interested bidders must not be related to the head of the procuring entity or any member of the Bids and Awards Committee or BAC Secretariat either by consanguinity or affinity up to the third civil degree;



The City Government of Pasay reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any defect or informality, and assumes no obligations whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for ay expenses that they may incur in the preparation of bids and to accept the offer most advantageous to the City Government. Any question arising from the herein compliance shall be governed by the implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act;



The Committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the date of bidding upon prior notice to prospective bidders;
