NOTICE OF SALE N 001 / ADM / 20 - UNDER CUSTOMS VEHICLE The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Cameroon, is selling under closed cover and to the highest bidder, a (01) vehicle in its technical condition, and having the following characteristics: NoTypeChassis NumberRegistrationAcquisition DateKilometrage 1Toyota Land CruiserJTMDV09J204035954IT 16158 RC2009152 398 Place and time of visit: The vehicle mentioned above can be visited in the space of the RPM Garage located at the Old Dredging, in Mballa II. Conditions of sale: Your offer in closed envelopes must be deposited at the reception of the UNDP, located at No. 1232 Mellopolis Building, Rue 1794 in Ekoudou - Bastos, no later than March 31, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. It must be marked "NOTICE OF SALE TO BE OPENED IN DEPARTURE SESSION ONLY ". Each tenderer must indicate: the price offered, its full address, the telephone number (s) by which it can be easily reached. A reserve price is fixed on said vehicle. Result: Only the selected purchaser will be directly contacted after the counting and analysis of theUNDP reserves the right not to acton offers if it considers the proposals insufficiently acceptable. Conditions of payment and withdrawal of the vehicle: After written notification, the buyer will deposit the entire amount proposed and accepted in an account which will be communicated to him by the UNDP, and will present the payment receipt before the delivery ofthe documentation necessary for the customs procedure. The vehicle will be removed from the space of the RPM Garage after presentation by the purchaser of the proof of customs clearance and delivery of a letter of withdrawal by the Administrative Services of the PNUD.N.B. The vehicle is sold without warranty in the state it is in. It will not be exchanged or returned after purchase.
