Dear Sir / Madam, We are pleased to contact you in order to request the submission of a Proposal for the provision of Diagnostic services for the legal framework and legal needs for the implementation of the Kigali Amendment. In the preparation of your Proposal, please use and fill out the attached form in Annex 2. Your Proposal should ber submitted until 23:59 on July 25, 2018, to the following email address: United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Av. Augusto Prez Aranbar No. 750 - Magdalena del MarAt. Procurement UnitEmail: adquisiciones.pe@undp.orgYour Proposal must be written in Spanish, and it will be valid for a minimum period of time.imo of sixty (60) calendar days. Failure to submit the proposal according to what is indicated in this document (separate files), will be grounds for rejection of the same. In the course of the preparation of the Proposal, it will be your responsibility to ensure that you arrive at the aforementioned address on or before the deadline. Thes proposals received by UNDP outside the indicated period, for any reason, will not be taken into consideration. If you submit your Proposal by e-mail, we ask you to ensure that it is duly signed and safeguarded in pdf format, free of any type of virus or damaged files. The proposed services will be reviewed and evaluated based onor integrity and adjustment to the Proposal, and in its ability to respond to the requirements of the SOP and all the other annexes that detail the requirements of the UNDP. The Proposal that meets all the requirements, meets all the evaluation criteria and offer a better value for money will be selected and the Contract will be awarded. Any offer that does notmeet the requirements will be rejected.
