Of our consideration: We are pleased to address you in order to request the presentation of a proposal for the accomplishment of an analysis of actors and elaboration of the management plan of actors of the GEF-MINAM Project "Sustainable Productive Landscapes", within the framework of the activities programmed for the Project "Sustainable Productive Landscapes in theAmazonPeruvian (PPS). "In the preparation of your Proposal, please use and fill in the attached forms in Annex 2. Your Proposal must be submitted until 23:59 hours of the day: April 29, 2019, to the electronic address that is indicated below: United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Av. Jorge Chvez 275, 4th floor, MirafloresAt. Unit de AcquisitionsEmail: adquisiciones.pe@undp.orgYour Proposal must be written in Spanish, and it will be valid for a minimum period of sixty (60) calendar days. In the course of preparing the Proposal, it will be your responsibility to ensure that it arrives to the aforementioned address on the deadline or before that date. The reci proposalsby the UNDP outside the indicated period, for any reason, will not be taken into consideration. If you submit your Proposal by e-mail, we ask you to ensure that it is duly signed and safeguarded in pdf format, free of any type of virus or damaged files and in two files, as indicated in Annex 1. The proposed services will bereviewed and evaluated based on their integrity and adjustment to the Proposal, and their ability to respond to the requirements of the SOP and all the other annexes that detail the UNDP requirements. The Proposal that meets all the requirements, is adjustment to all evaluation criteria and offer a better value for money will be selected and awardedthe Contract. Any offer that does not meet the requirements will be rejected. If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price, UNDP will proceed to perform a new calculation, in which the unit price will prevail, and correct the total price accordingly....
