oOption to reserve the stock for the VMMC: seven (3) working days after the opening of this canvass
oDelivery: seven (7) to ten (10) days after the receipt of Purchase Order
oVMMC has the option to procure the item in the open market in the event the winning supplier fails to deliver the item/s within the delivery period and shall be charged the difference in price, if there be any.
oThis office reserves the right to reject any or all offers, in case of any defect in the product and to accept offers which may be considered most advantageous to the government
