Tenders are invited for TSV Solar Networks.
The Technical Expert (TSV) will oversee the planning and implementation of FC funded projects in French-speaking countries (including Western Africa, Madagascar and North Africa) in the area of ??electricity transmission / distribution. The following subprojects are to be carried out by the TSV independently and on their own responsibility. The activities include
- evaluation (including independent data collection and research) and technical commentary on submitted studies, implementation concepts and other reports (including promoters, consultants) related to the projects in terms of feasibility, technical solutions, cost effectiveness, technical risks and Environmental, social and climate relevance;
- producing short reports and opinions from a technical point of view for internal and external use in German and French;
- Content-related technical contribution to project audits including field missions, ie preparation of the technical part of the audit concept, program proposal for the BMZ including macroeconomic assessment of the expansion plans of the relevant electricity sector, problem presentation, implementation, support structures, costs and financing plan as well as the technical aspects of further documents and report parts;
- Monitoring, support, control and approval of tendering processes in cooperation with the KfW project manager and the awarding department:
- Preparation of the technical part in project progress and final control reports including on-site missions.
The duration of the framework agreement is 24 months from the date of the award. The framework agreement extends KfW's written request twice for a further 12 months. The contractor is not entitled to the extension option. The term of the contract ends at the latest 48 months after award of the contract.
KfW will call up the required services over the agreed contract period in the form of individual orders. The tender documents contain a non-binding estimate of the expected annual purchase quantities over the contract period, which can be exceeded or fallen short of. There is no
Purchase obligation on the part of the client.
