Tenders are invited for Transportation Service-Using Buses (Coasters ).

Project Name: Transportation service

Title of Services: Transportation Service-Using Buses (coasters )

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) and intend to hire Service Provider for TRANSPORTATION SERVICE for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invite Service Providers in this case transportation companies to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Transportation service of IOM staff and refugees. More details on the services are provided in the request for proposal document which will be available at the IOM office (details below) from Monday 15th October 2018, between 0900hrs and 17:00 p.m. (with an exception of one-hour lunch break between 1300hrs – 1400hrs) for interested bidders.

The Service Provider /Transportation companies will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand to the IOM office address at IOM Head Office Located in Rugando cell, Kimihurura sector, Gasabo district form Friday 22th October 2018 before 1:00 p.m. No late proposal shall be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Transportation companies
