Description: The district of Regensburg as the responsible body, represented by the Society for the Promotion of Local Public Transport in the District of Regensburg mbH (GFN), intends to award the following service by way of an open procedure in accordance with § 15 VgV.

The service includes 3 journeys per working day (Monday - Friday):

- Bergham - Nittenau - Regenstauf - Regensburg, main station 37.4 km,

- Regensburg, main station - Regenstauf - Nittenau - Bergham 37.3 km,

- Regensburg, main station - Regenstauf - Nittenau - Bergham 37.3 km.

The annual operating performance is approx. 28, 336 km.

Further trips will be carried out on line 43 on the basis of existing line permits, which will not become part of this public contract.

Reference is made to VI.1) with regard to the requirements for the intended service contract within the meaning of Section 8a (2) sentence 3 PBefG.
