Short description : The competition applies to a framework agreement for offers of daily transport of books and other material between the libraries in Agder, as well as transport from Agder to the library outside the counties. The tender documents comprise two partial offers; one for transport between the library in Agder, and one for transport from a definedplace in Agder to library in the rest of the country. The tenderer may choose to submit bids for one or both of the partial bids.
