the ddps (federal department of defense, civil protection and sports) ensures “security and movement“ of switzerland and its population. In order to safeguard these interests, the ddps needs civilian support for the transportation of people in minibuses or coaches when its own resources are exhausted, in various areas of the administration.federation and the army. The federal customs administration (afd) also needs providers to provide repatriation transport in the context of migration between the north and south borders, in particular in french-speaking switzerland.
