Description: The purpose of the consultation will be the conclusion, on behalf of the grouping of orders, of a framework agreement for the supply and routing of electricity supplying the delivery points of the members of the group. The subsequent contracts will be awarded on the basis of this framework agreement. The open call for tenders procedure of the framework agreement type and its subsequent contracts is concluded without commitment of amounts or quantities in accordance with the public order code. This framework agreement is launched in grouping of orders. The members making up the group of orders will be indicated in the appendix to the Book of special administrative clauses.
