Quotation are invited for Translate the MZEC Electrical Safety Rules from English to Arabic.

The following points arc (o be considered while submitting your quotation: -
• Quotation must be submitted in original in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Chairman of the Internal Tender Committee (ITC), Bid, marked with the RFQ No., the description and the closing date. Mo other marks or any reference thereto must be written outside the envelopes.
• Valid commercial & municipality registrations shall be attached with original offer.
• The quotation should be deposited in the quotation box at Mazoon Electricity Company Head Office at "G" floor, at Al Seih AI Ahmer before 10:00 AM on ( 24/09/2019 )
as (last Date for Submitting the Quotations), any quotation received after this date and time will not be considered.
• Your quotation must be valid for (90) days from the quotation date.
• The quotation must be duly signed and stamped from the bidder authorized person.
• If the total quotation amount above (R.0.20, 000) The bidder shall enclose a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for value of (1%) from the total quotation value and addressed to the chairperson of the (ITC), Mazoon Electricity Company. Any offer value above R.O. 20, 000 not includes (1%) bid bond will be rejected.
• The bidder shall comply with MZEC HSE requirements for bidders, as well as, with MZEC Electricity Safety Rules.
Note:
Participated vendors must be registered in tender board with valid registration (To be attached with the offer).
All expenses for royalties, licenses, custom duties, taxes, Withholding lax as per Royal Decree No. 9/2017 and the like in connection with the works must included in supplier offer.
