Professional Services, Service Providers Transcription Services Call Document is Available for Download from the Regional Municipality of York\'S Bids and Tenders Website: Http://Bids.York.Ca the Regional Municipality of York (York Region) is Inviting Submissions from Qualified Respondents to Supply Transcription Services for 17 Municipalities. the Purpose is to Pre-Qualify a Sufficient Number of Respondents with a Minimum of Five (5) Selected Respondents to Establish a Roster of Firms to Supply Transcription Services. York Region Has Adopted a Process for Creating an Established Roster and will be Maintaining the Established Roster which May be used by the 17 Municipalities. the 17 Participating Municipalities (In Alphabetical Order): - City of Barrie - City of Brampton - City of Kawartha Lakes - City of Mississauga - City of Timmins - City of Toronto - County of Hastings - Grey County - Halton Region - Niagara Region - Norfolk County - Oxford County - Perth County - Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Counties - United Counties of Leeds and Grenville - United Counties of Prescott and Russell - York Region Under the Established Roster, Transcripts Are Initiated when an Order for the Transcript of Proceedings is Received from an Ordering Party. Ordering Parties will Order Transcripts Directly from Selected Respondents Listed on the Regions Transcription Services Roster. Selected Respondents will be Responsible to Contact the Ordering Party or the Poa Court Office where the Proceeding Took Place, if Required, to Obtain Additional Information to Assist with Transcription. the Respondent Must have the Capability to Produce the Transcripts by Supplying All Labour, Materials and Equipment to Produce a Selection of Transcripts of Provincial Offences Court Hearings Held in the Ontario Court of Justice from 17 Participating Municipalities As Well for Tribunal Hearings at the Toronto Licensing Tribunal, Toronto Local Appeal Body and the Toronto Administrative Penalty Tribunal.
