The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) is launching this call for proposals to select a qualified firm with technical capacity to train providers and community health workers in the community. prevention and care of victims of female genital mutilation in Senegal.

The submission will include a technical offer and a separate financial offer:

The offA technical part comprising two separate parts, part A composed of the administrative file and part B presenting the cabinet, as well as the proposed methodology for conducting this training.

The financial offer will contain all the details of the headings of the proposed cost table. Tenders must be submitted in two (2) separate envelopes, all in a single envelope with no visible mark that can identify thetenderer. The large envelope containing the first two (2) will be marked below:
