Persons to be trained: Minimum of 30
Requirement: Assessment and Certification (it must be internationally-recognized, patented and copyrighted)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLIERS
i‚§ Must be PhilGEPS registered;
i‚§ Must have the authority to re-sell or distribute the certification course;
i‚§ Must be able to provide a Trainer-Facilitator with extensive experience specifically in guest service training for frontliners in the tourism industry;
i‚§ Must have facilitated and conducted similar trainings in the past;
i‚§ Must be able to demonstrate practical/hands-on modules of training
i‚§ Must be able to submit a training plan
-c Proposed training program details, which will address the requirement of the client and includes program objectives, program schedule, assessment methods.
-c Details of the trainers who will deliver the program including qualification and years of practical experience in the field.
-c Training methodology and approach to be taken and should include a description of the various training techniques to be used, such as demonstration, practical exercises, role plays, case studies, tests, etc.
-c Training supports to be used during the program, such as handouts, videos, online learning, and other materials.
SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES
i‚§ Carry out the training program such as preparatory, during, and post activities to include conduct of pre and post-test, and gathering of feedback evaluation and analysis;
i‚§ Able to provide highly qualified resource person(s) and facilitators, and must be a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP);
