object of the contract : training on the health and safety at work of agents appointed by the ministry of europe and foreign affairs place of execution of works, delivery of supplies or provision of services: possibility to submit an offer for: one or more lots information about lots: lot n1: prevention the objective of this training, governed by the decision of june 30, 2017, is a sensitizationfirst aid and civic prevention and rescue level 1 / psc1. Lot n2: management of stress and interpersonal conflicts the training must make it possible to know how to identify sources of stress and interpersonal conflicts in order to be able to provide an appropriate response, in particular with regard to the specificities of the professional environment of the meae (expatriation, intercultural dimension and various crisis situations), allow a reinforcementbuilding the capacities of the individual by understanding his own behavioral mechanisms in stressful situations and by giving meae`s agents tools for managing stress and conflicts, notably by setting up an individualized action plan .
