Tenders are invited for Trainer / Formulators or Companies for the Delivery of Module III "Successful Public Communication" Training within the Project "Civil Society for Inclusive and Fair Elections in the Republic of Moldova, as Recommended by Eu and OSCE / ODIHR International Human Rights Commitments ".

The East European Foundation and the Roma Youth Union "Tarna Rom" announces an open competition for the selection of a trainer / formulator for the delivery of the "Successful Public Communication" Module within the Civil Society for Inclusive and Fair Choices EU and OSCE / ODIHR recommendations and international human rights commitments ". The project will be carried out between January 2018 and June 2020 by the East European Foundation (FEE) in partnership with the Center for Partnership for Development (CPD), Piligrim Demo and Tarna Rom funded by the European Union and co-financed by Government of Sweden.

The "Tarna Rom" Roma Youth Union will implement the Program of Leadership in Elections for Roma People, potential candidates and candidates in the 2019 local elections.
Thus, during the period April 2018 - June 2019, the "Tarna Rom" Roma Youth Union trains 100 Roma people who want to apply for the first time as councilor / councilor, raion / city or primary. People who have participated in past, but failed, will be admitted. The Leadership Program in Elections involves 3 training modules for 100 prospective / future candidates and candidates in the 2019 local elections. Each module will be delivered to 4 groups of 25 participants. The program will offer a wide range of opportunities for developing political leadership skills, organizing an effective, successful public communication campaign.

Each round consists of 3 modules geared to the political empowerment of people of ethnicity, as follows:
- Module I "Political Leadership";
- Module II "Efficient Campaign";
- Module III "Successful public communication".

Supporting training activities for Roma people using active and participatory teaching methods for the "Successful Public Communication" module.

Deliverables:
1. Course support for the "Successful Public Communication" module.
2. Delivery of the module for 4 groups of 25 participants, 2 days of training per group: The East European Foundation and the Roma Youth Community "Tarna Rom" expect the trainer / trainer / company to offer a practical approach. As a result of their participation in the "Successful Public Communication" module, the beneficiaries and beneficiaries will improve their communication skills with voters and the media, the elaboration and adaptation of the electoral message, the elaboration and delivery of an electoral speech.

- Financial offer, estimated remuneration for the " Successful public communication " training module, structured in 4 training workshops for 2 days each (in MDL, including taxes).

Note: The project "Civil Society for Inclusive and Fair Elections in the Republic of Moldova, as recommended by the EU and OSCE / ODIHR and international human rights commitments" is registered in Government Decision # 246 of 08.04.2010 on the application of fiscal facilities and customs related to the implementation of ongoing technical and investment assistance projects, which fall under the international treaties to which the Republic of Moldova is a party .
