Description: The subject of the service is the conception and implementation of a measure in accordance with Section 16 (1) SGB II in conjunction with Section 45 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 SGB III, which increases the skills of the participants through production-oriented work so that they can be brought closer to the labor market and obstacles to placement are removed .

The measure is divided into 2 modules (Train2be and Train2beplus).

The target group of Train2be includes long-term unemployed and employable beneficiaries from the age of 18 who are severely restricted in their opportunities to participate in working life due to various forms of psychological impairment and possibly also due to additional physical limitations. The target group of Train2beplus has already become aware of this by participating in Train2be, a comparable measure or in a profiling carried out by the contractor by participating in the initial phase.
