Synopsis: September 23, 2019To: All Prospective VendorsSubject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 12319819Q0104 - Train the TrainerThe United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) Regional Operations and Support (ROS) Division is seeking a Vendor to provide non-personal services to include management, labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to deliver eight sessions of a Train the Trainer/Facilitator curriculum in seven identified locations in the country.The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Instructor Led Training, Web Based Training and Education Courses, Course Development and Test Administration, Learning Management, Internships. The period of performance is 12-months.Vendors should carefully read the entire solicitation package before submitting a quotation. However, you should pay particular attention to Section 4 and 5 of the RFQ. Your quotation shall be submitted in three(3) separate parts in accordance with the instructions contained in Section 4.Quotations are due on or before Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 4:00 PM EASTERN. Questions are due by Close of Business (COB) on Tuesday, September 24, 2019.If you have any detailed questions, please respond according to the instructions under Section 4 of the attached solicitation. Vendors are forewarned that communication with Government technical personnel is strictly forbidden. The circumstances of such contact, when verified, may result in non- consideration of the Vendor`s quotation.Your attention is invited to the fact that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit or obligate the Government to an expenditure of public funds should a contract result by reason of a response to this solicitation. This letter should not be interpreted as a contract or a commitment of any kind on the part of the U.S. Government to award a contract.
